    • Modelling the emergent dynamics and major metabolites of the human colonic microbiota
    • Theoretical modelling of the dynamics of the human colonic microbiota based on assumption of 10 functional groups. The model provided a reasonable simulation of shifts in community composition and metabolite outputs resulting from an experimental one unit pH shift. Predictions should improve with new data to refine underlying assumptions.
