The efficacy of other surfactants (Triton X-100, Brij-30) for the Buchwald-Hartwig coupling reaction of benzamide with 3-bromotoluene was examined. Triton X-100 gave a comparable yield than TPGS-750-M (>90%). Brij-30 was slightly less efficient (see ESI)
