    • Although the DIB-mediated Hofmann rearrangement-hydrolysis sequence was successful for 26, TIC of Fig. 4b was complex. This is mainly attributable to the generation of multiple oxidation products (+n[O]-adducts (n = 1-7)) in the riboflavin-catalyzed photo-oxidation stage (Fig. S26). Structural determination of the oxidized C-terminal fragment was not possible
