    • Compound 2 was docked into the X-ray structures of GSK-3β (PDB code 1Q3W) using Schrödinger's GLIDE., We searched appropriate predictive binding pose by flexible docking calculation with main hydrogen bondings with Val135 and Lys85. In the docking calculation, we also prepared some rotamers of Arg141 because of its flexibility
