This has not always been appreciated. For example it is ignored by Wu et al. 64 introducing a significant bias in their level allignment scheme In ref. 79 we attributed this effect to self-interaction specific to the hydroxyl radical. We now no longer support this picture. This will be worked out in more detail in a future publication
