    • In this work, the current was measured in an impedance bridge configuration. The bridge has to be balanced at each point of the frequency scan due to the nonlinear properties of the device under test. We used an LCR meter to analyze the impedance which automatically balances the bridge and yields higher accuracy than manual balancing. The used LCR meter was limited to frequency lower than 1 MHz
