    • Note that the deprotection of Hqm at pH 8.5 may cause disulfide-bond isomerization. Our HPLC analysis indicated that this did not occur in the synthesis of hNP2. Detailed enzymatic degradation analysis on this problem will be reported in our ensuing studies.
