    • The Cambridge Structural Database, www.ccdc.cam.ac.uk, November 2009 update, was searched with R < 0.10, 3D coordinates, no errors, no ions, not polymeric as filters. Of a total of 46 crystal structures that contain two carboxylic acid groups and an amide group, in 8 cocrystals 1 : 1 molar ratio was observed between the diacid and the amide groups. The CSD refcodes of the 8 cocrystals are ALLCAM, MELYEI, QASTUZ, ULAXAG, ULAXEK, XAQRIR, MOXVOL, and MOXXAZ. Last two of these refcodes represent the carbamazepine cocrysals with glutaric acid and (+)-camphoric acid, respectively
