30. 2. However, as can be visually observed in the Fig. 2 (dark color of the glycerol phase), we found that only the glycerol phase was contaminated with Pd. Therefore, after elimination of the glycerol phase by decantation, only a negligible contamination of the reaction products with Pd was observed.
