Then the reaction mixture was heated at 900 °C for 72 h followed by cooling to 300 °C in 60 h and finally to room temperature in 3 h. The orange colored melt was then taken out of the tube and dissolved in degassed N, N -dimethylformamide. Microneedle shaped orange crystals (yield >70%) were isolated after washing with ether.
