    • Domain organization of human chromosomes revealed by mapping of nuclear lamina interactions
    • This study provides a genome-wide analysis of lamina interactions in human cells. The results show that large chromosomal domains with sharp boundaries interact with the lamina. These domains provide a highly repressive chromatin environment.
