After removal of the volatiles via a stream of nitrogen the residue is re-dissolved in the minimal amount of dichloromethane/methyl alcohol 9:1 (ca. 100 μL). Finally, the compound is purified by preparative TLC (dichloromethane/methyl alcohol, 9:1) obtaining the desired compound (4.2 mg; 42% yield; 8.5 mCi/mmol).
