Rheological measurements were performed with a TA Instrument AR 1000 stress-controlled rheometer. A measuring cell with a cone and plate geometry (a diameter of 20 mm and a cone angle of 4°) was used. The heated solution was introduced in the cell regulated at 60 °C and then cooled rapidly (environ 20 °C/min) at 20 °C. The elastic modulus G′ and loss modulus G″ were measured as a function of angular frequency ω at 20 °C. The oscillatory frequency was varied from 10 to 0.01 Hz.
