    • Figure 4(b) shows a dense area of fibers. Our microscopic observation confirmed the coexistence of fibers and dried-up tubule/sheet like aggregates on the mica.

    • The differences in the size and shape of the nanostructures were observed by comparing TEM and SPM images. We believe that this dissimilarity is derived from the difference in the drying and irradiation processes that were used for preparing the specimens.
