    • Because the FCS correlation time changes with solution viscosity, the diffusion constant of Coumarin 334 was measured over this OTAB concentration range also. The diffusion coefficient of the dye showed no dependence on the OTAB concentration, indicating that the viscosity change caused by the presence of up to 90 μM OTAB was negligible.
