    • The molecular radius (a) was obtained from the density functional theory (DFT) with GAUSSIAN 98 suite of program. Molecular volumes of the solutes were calculated by the B3LYP density functional with the standard 6-31G* basis set (B3LYP/6-31G* Volume). The a values were determined under the assumption that the solute molecules are spheres.
