    • We have used the theoretical expression of ref 29 (eq 18), derived for semiconducting electrodes, to evaluate the temperature dependence of the rate constant, and assume no temperature dependence of AB. A slightly different expression, which accounts explicitly for the temperature dependence of the occupied state density in the solid and removes this temperature dependence from AB, has been derived recently to describe the temperature dependence of the electron transfer rate constants at metal and semiconductor electrodes: Gosavi, S.; Marcus, R.
