For example, the cooling capability of SRDK-101DA (Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd.) is 0.1 W at 4.2 K and 1.4 W at 10 K. The minimum operating temperature for our chip with this cryocooler is about 5 K. To operate at 4.2 K much larger one is required.
