This nested case-control reported that women taking aspirin had a reduced risk of breast cancer, but the use of non-aspirin NSAIDs was not associated with a reduced risk.

This large cohort study reported that the long-term daily use of NSAIDs was not associated with breast cancer risk. Ibuprofen use was, however, associated with an increased risk of breast cancer, and aspirin was associated with an increased risk of hormone-receptor-negative breast cancer.
