    • Molecular dynamics and minimizations of the ligand/iGluR2S1S2 construct complexes were carried out on a Silicon Graphics Octane 2 computer using the Discover_3 module on Insight II version 2000. Dynamics were carried out at 300 K. The residues of iGluR2S1S2 construct within 7.0 Å of each ligand were allowed to relax.
