    • The November 2003 version (2 updates) of the CSD was reviewed. The proline -CO-Pro-NH- fragment was searched, considering both L and D configurations and torsion angles within the ranges (φ,ψ) = (-75 ± 30,60 ± 30) (or their enantiomeric values). Only proline residues included in cyclic peptides were found to fulfill these requirements (refcodes: CGPGAP10, ICOGAI, PAPGAP, SIKMUU10, WAWQOA, DHCMYD10, HEBLIJ).
