    • note
    • -1 for the B and Q states from the absorption and emission spectra of the monomer. The fluorescence lifetime (∼2.5 ns) and quantum yield (∼0.03) of the monomer were used. Especially, the natural radiative lifetime of the B state was estimated from the ratio between the absorption extinction coefficients of the B and Q states. The refractive index of toluene is ∼1.5 at room temperature.
