    • This study shows that the cytosolic NAD: NADH ratio is about 600 in cultured monkey kidney epithelial Cos7 cells. It is suggested that the metabolic regulation of the carboxy-terminal binding protein (CtBP) co-repressor complex is primarily through NADH.
