    • 2O solution was lifted up onto a target substrate (e.g., the Al-coated substrate). The transferred aligned CNT film on the Al-coated substrate surface was vacuumly dried followed by rinse HF out of it in large distilled water. This CNT film can firmly adhere to the Al film through pysical contact between them.
