    • The exact shape of the dots investigated in [20] is not accurately known. The nominal shape is elliptical but, since there are no corrections to account for the effect of electron scattering, the actual shape is likely to differ from the intended shape. No attempt has yet been made to extract the exact shape from SEM or AFM images.
