Autosomal dominant frontal lobe epilepsy: Genetic heterogeneity and evidence for a second locus at 15q24

Am J Hum Genet 1998; 63:1108-1116. This study established a locus for ADNFLE on chromosome 15q24. Because the initial studies documented ADNFLE-associated mutations in the CHRNA4 gene on chromosome 20q13.2, this finding implies that mutations of more than one gene can cause ADNFLE.
