After fixing and drying, gels were autoradiographed at -70°C. Radioactivity was quantitated with a Phosphorlmager. The amount of HA-SAPKγ in each sample was analyzed by protein immunoblot on immunoprecipitates of 150-μg samples. Only experiments with comparable amounts of HA-SAPKγ in each sample were taken into consideration.
