    • Cell morphology and viability assay: Mouse macrophage cell line (RAW264.7) was obtained from American Type Culture Collection (ATCC #TIB-71, Rockville, MD) and was cultured in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum. Viability of the RAW264.7 cell was determined by using the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) to detect functioning mitochondria. Cytotoxicity of the compound was determined using commercially available Lactate dehydrogenase cytotoxicity detection kit (Takara cat# MK401, Shiga, Japan)
