22. The compounds were incubated at 10 μM in the presence of fresh SD rat or fresh human hepatocytes (1e6 cells/mL, Krebs-Henseleit buffer + 3 g/L Hepes, pH = 7.4) for 2 h at 37 °C. Incubations were stopped by adding an equal volume of acetonitrile + 1% formic acid, centrifuged and supernatants were analyzed by UPLC-PDA-Qtof.
