    • CV-1 cells were cultured in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM). Cells were transfected with plasmid mixture containing β-galactosidase expression vector and TK-PPRE-luc vector by Superfect reagent (QIAGEN). Transfected cells were incubated with compounds (marine natural products). Luciferase activity was analyzed after incubation for 24 h at 37 °C.
