J Dev Phys Disabil 2009; 21:39-55. Significant study on adults with intellectual disability, ASD and mental health problems, which explores the association between symptom severity and social skills. The consideration of a wider range of factors than age, sex and severity of intellectual disability marks an important development in the evidence base.
