In various previous publications, we labeled the model descriptions obtained from the numerical calculations carried out in Refs.[4] and [8] as "EGDM" and "ECDM", respectively, in order to emphasize the extension of the model description of the mobility to include the charge carrier density dependence. However, as the underlying model assumptions are not changed, we avoid here any possible confusion by referring to this work also as "GDM" and "CDM", respectively.
