    • This is a preliminary result for oxygen diffusion in nondoped ZnO ceramics. The temperature dependence of Db and δDgb is given as the following equation: Db (cm2/s) = 1.3 × 10-7 exp(-217 (kJ/mol)/RT) and δDgb (cm3/s) = 5.9×10-9 exp(-213 (kJ/mol)/RT).
