    • It is interesting to notice that some of the studied samples presented quite complex and unexpected dynamics. Following the usual decay of the dye cation signal, a rise and a decay (a "bump") appeared at very long timescales, typically hundreds of ms. At these timescales, both recombination and regeneration processes should be over. This "bump" was wavelength dependent, being rather small at 525 nm, but much more visible at 725 nm. Investigation is under way to find out the origin of this strange dynamics and why it is not present in all the samples
