    • Structural evidence for a germline-encoded T cell receptor-major histocompatibility complex interaction 'codon'
    • This study reports the crystal structures of two murine autoimmune TCRs specific for the MBP Ac1-11 peptide that cause EAE. Combined with the previously reported structure of a third TCR that recognizes the same peptide, it demonstrates how these autoimmune TCRs recognize a peptide-MHC complex in which the binding site is only partially filled.
