    • 4 cells/well in 100 μl of medium and incubated for 24 h at 37 °C. The cells were then treated with varying concentrations of a test compound in the presence or absence of 100 nM Taxol for 60 h. Then, cell survival was assayed using Cell Counting Kit-8 (dojindo). Reversal of MDR is indicated if the compound enhances the toxicity of Taxol against MES-SA/DX5 cells.
