    • Microarray analysis of rejection in human kidney transplants using pathogenesis-based transcript sets
    • This article proposes analysis of microarray gene expression in organ transplant by first grouping the genes based on different biological processes or pathways they are involved in. Building a classifier or a predictor based on such a group of genes is shown to correlate well with histopathological diagnosis
