    • Assuming that each measurement obeys normal distribution, we estimated confidence intervals for each cumulative profile for 20 s, 30 s (for Scheme A), and 40 s (for Scheme B) in terms of standard deviation using the first 300 frames (10-s profile for Scheme A and 5-s profile for Scheme B). For Scheme A, the profile of the gold surface for up to 30 s were within less than 0.33 σ (25%), while the glass profiles were within less than 0.19 σ (15%). For Scheme B, the profiles for up to 40 s were within less than 0.28 σ (22%)
