    • The data in Fig. was fit to also the power law of μ∼ N tot -1 and μ∼ N tot -1/3, according to the Drude model and the Coulomb screening model, respectively (Ref.). The former model reproduced the reduction in μ at Ntot <1.4× 1018 cm-3 well, while the latter one explained the behavior of μ at Ntot >1.4× 1018 cm-3.
