    • Using an in vivo skin carcinogenesis mouse system, this article demonstrates that B lymphocytes produce soluble factors that support an inflammatory environment that leads to de novo carcinogenesis. In addition to identifying a protumor role for B cells, this report directly links tumor induction to inflammation.
