33. 2+ concentration were measured using the Fluorescent Imaging Plate Reader (FLIPR). Fluorescence was recorded in two consecutive sequences. Each sequence was comprised of 60 s (recordings at 1 s intervals) followed by 120 s (recordings at 6 s intervals). Test compound was added at 10 s into the first sequence. MCP-1 was added at 10 s into the second sequence. After addition in each sequence, further analysis was made for 50 s (recordings at 1 s intervals) and 120 s (recordings at 6 s intervals).
