A good agreement (Table 1) between the |Δμ01| value found with this method in ref 18 and that obtained from eqs 9 and 10, which do not include the angle between μ0 and Δμ10, proves the assumption. Furthermore, quantum-mechanical calculations of the similar molecules in ref 15 show that the absolute angle between μ0 and & (Δμ20) is not larger than 27°, which can result in an additional error of μ0 not larger than 10, i.e, less than the total error claimed in Table 1.
