    • From the molecular structure of acacH and pTsA, the average atomic distance to their geometric centre can be calculated at 2.5 and 2.2 Å for pTsA and acacH, respectively. The maximum distance to their geometric centre can be similarly calculated at 3.8 and 3.2 Å for pTsA and acacH, respectively. In conclusion, both molecules exhibit a similar size.
