Major late Cainozoic climatic events and palaeoenvironmental changes in Africa viewed in a world wide context
-
This study forms part of Hanneline Smit's PhD investigating the evolutionary patterns and processes within elephant-shrews. Terry Robinson's research focus is on genomic evolution and molecular cytogenetics of Afrotherian and other Southern African species. Bettine van Vurren is interested in how landscape variables shape the microevolutionary patterns within taxa with a focus on South African and sub-Antartic taxa.
