    • The assumption of a single thermally activated process is the simplest to describe the observed exponential decrease of the PL intensity in the range 40-170 K. We observe that a similar PL temperature dependence could result also from more complicated processes, like the thermal activation of trapping in a distribution of defects at slightly different energies
