14. Mice were dosed with 7e (10 μmol/kg) dissolved in 10% Tween 80/water iv and po. Plasma and brain samples were collected at 7 time points between 5 min and 24 h (N = 3). Samples were extracted and analyzed by HPLC, and bioavailability calculated, following standard procedures.
