    • The contact resistance between the nanotube bundle and the electrodes can be estimated by subtracting the intrinsic resistance of the SWNT (68 Ω), DWNT (40 Ω), and MWNT bundle (1.5 Ω) measured by 4-probe measurements (as shown in the insets in Rgure 2) from the 2-probe resistance (Figure 2 a, c, and e) of SWNTs (1.4 kΩ), DWNTs (400 Ω), and MWNTs (50 Ω), respectively. Thus there is a considerable portion (≈90%) of contact resistance in the 2-probe measurements between the clamped portion of the bundles and the electrodes.
