31. We neglect Landau-level broadening that is assumed to be much smaller than the relevant s-d energy splitting.
32. The spin-flip scattering effect is not included. This is important when there are fluctuations of the magnetization of the magnetic ions that for the low-temperature range considered is rather small and for the considered magnetic field range the magnetic ions are almost all completely aligned. For this reason it is reasonable to neglect this effect.
