    • Autonomous T cell trafficking examined in vivo with intravital two-photon microscopy
    • In this paper, evidence is provided that T-cell trafficking in the lymph node is best described as a random walk. No evidence for collective migration was found, calling into question the role of chemokine gradients in T-cell trafficking within the T-cell zone of the lymph node.

    • T-cell priming by dendritic cells in lymph nodes occurs in three distinct phases
    • In this study, T cell-DC contacts were visualized in lymph nodes of live animals during the course of T-cell activation. Initial contacts were short and dynamic. After 12 hours, stable and long-lasting interactions were mostly observed.
