    • An unusual substrate bending effect may dramatically change the apparent piezoelectric coefficients of a ferroelectric film if the substrate is not thick enough and its bottom surface is not fixed, as has been discussed by Barzegar et al. [8] in the measurement of "direct" piezoelectric coefficients, and by Chen et al. [15] in the measurement of "converse" piezoelectric coefficients.
